Rent Due
Rent is due on the first of the month.
Forms of Payment
Rent may be paid with personal check. In addition, you may now pay with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Debit or Credit cards using PayPal. We do not accept cash. Payment by personal check is the lowest cost form of payment.
To pay by credit card, a PayPal account is NOT required. PayPal's processing fees will be an additional surchage. Currently, PayPal's fee is 2.9% plus $0.30. As PayPal's rates change, we will correspondingly alter the fees for payment by credit/debit card. The amount you pay is determined such that after processing fees are taken out, the rent we receive is identical to what we would receive if you paid by check.
Use the online calculator below to determine your total payment if you choose to pay by credit card. Type in your monthly rent, press the compute button, then click on the "PayPal - Click Here to Pay" icon to checkout.
Can I split my rent payment between personal check and credit card?
Yes, as long as both payments are received on time. For example, if your rent is $700 / month, you could pay $500 by personal check and $206.28 by credit card. Please remember that there are surcharges for payments made by credit card.
Repairs
You have the option of making any repairs you deem reasonable and necessary up to $100 / month. Just take care of the problem, save the receipt & mail a copy to us, and deduct the cost of the repair from your next month's rent. If you'd rather not do this, or for any repair over $100, just put your request in writing and we'll take care of it for you. You can also call or email us, but we still need the request in writing for our records.
Satellite
Yes! Just let us know and we will help you get DirecTV setup at your apartment. We may be able to get you a better rate than you could obtain on your own. Please do not install satellite equipment without contacting us first.
Pets
Yes, with some exceptions. Management approval and a pet security deposit is required.
